Why, you may ask, and why did he have a master's degree from Caltech, a NASA association, and was apparently at least a part-time elementary school teacher? In his case, he appeared completely mainstream and "normal," just like every other Democrat. During the dinner, as President Trump was about to speak, Cole Tomas Allen charged the Secret Service and attempted to breach the ballroom. Allen was armed with a shotgun, a handgun, and multiple knives. He shot one Secret Service agent in the chest at close range, but the agent was saved by a bulletproof vest. Allen was fired upon and subdued by the Secret Service, appearing unharmed as he was taken into custody.
