Support For Trump Unwavering After Indictment
In November of 2022 Quinnipiac asked Republicans if they thought that Trump had been a positive effect on the Republican Party, and if they were MAGA Republicans, 70% said they thought Trump had been a positive effect on the Republican Party, and 79% said that they were MAGA Republicans. After Trump was indicted in New York Quinnipiac repeated this poll and while those saying that Trump had a positive impact on the party has dropped to 65%, the exact same 79% of Republicans in the country still say that they are MAGA Republicans. For over four straight months an unwavering 79% of Republicans say that they align with the MAGA movement, yet the mainstream media continues to lie and say that MAGA Republicans are the minority of Republicans and The Lunatic Fringe of the party.
