The US Sovereign Wealth Fund
Today president Trump created the US Sovereign Wealth Fund to manage assets collected by the United States from foreign governments, and mentioned that other countries had Sovereign Wealth Funds, specifically mentioning that Saudi Arabia had a large one but that he planned that the United States Sovereign Wealth Fund would be bigger. As an example of his concept of assets to be collected he mentioned that the Ukraine wants more weapons to continue fighting Russia, and that the United States has been providing more weapons to the Ukraine than the European Union has, and that the European Union should provide more weapons, but if the Ukraine wants more weapons from the United States they're going to have to trade us the mineral rights to their Rare Earth minerals.
