The US Sovereign Wealth Fund

Today president Trump created the US Sovereign Wealth Fund to manage assets collected by the United States from foreign governments, and mentioned that other countries had Sovereign Wealth Funds, specifically mentioning that Saudi Arabia had a large one but that he planned that the United States Sovereign Wealth Fund would be bigger. As an example of his concept of assets to be collected he mentioned that the Ukraine wants more weapons to continue fighting Russia, and that the United States has been providing more weapons to the Ukraine than the European Union has, and that the European Union should provide more weapons, but if the Ukraine wants more weapons from the United States they're going to have to trade us the mineral rights to their Rare Earth minerals. And Trump said the Sovereign Wealth Fund could buy 51% of TikTok, and all of the assets gathered into the Sovereign Wealth Fund will be managed by two people that Donald Trump considers to be geniuses in the field of Economics, so they will gather assets from foreign countries, make investments, and manage the assets in the Sovereign Wealth Fund for the people of the United States.

Now it is becoming obvious how Trump said that he was going to get rid of taxes and instead tax foreign governments. No Democrat seems to understand how Trump uses tariffs, the first time around he got into a trade war with China and the end result is that China caved, dropped the added tariffs on the US and agreed to buy even more US grain than they had been buying before. This time around in the first two weeks in office through threats of trade tariffs Trump has already gotten Columbia to accept all of their citizens back, Panama agreed to cancel their lease with China, and Mexico agreed to send 10,000 troops to the Border permanently to guard the US-Mexican Border specifically to prevent Fentanyl and illegal aliens from crossing into the United States, so Trump paused Mexico’s 25% tariff.

Canada has taken a different approach and levied their own tariffs of 25% on American Products which triggered an automatic raise in the US Tariffs on Canada to 50% on all goods other than oil which plants are set up to process in the United States, which are set to have only a 10% tariff, meaning if Canada persists and refuses to patrol their border like Mexico has agreed to do, then we will pay about $0.30 more per gallon for gas, and that's about it, because you can still buy cars made in Mexico now that Trump has paused the tariffs on Mexico, just don't buy the cars made in Canada or that involve parts coming from Canada.

Like other countries Trudeau and Canada will posture and then cave, and all of these Democrat fearmongers will lose more face. The last time Trump was president we had no excess inflation due to his use of tariffs, inflation only increased after the pandemic hit, but not due to tariffs. Canada will cave sooner than later, likely before you read this, and agree to send 10,000 or 20,000 troops to the Border of Canada and agree to leave them there to guard against Fentanyl and Illegal Aliens just like Mexico did. Fentanyl comes across the northern border with Canada more per-crossing than across the southern border with Mexico, so Trudeau must hate Americans and wants us to die of fentanyl poisoning, and so the Canadians will have to suffer until they cave. But we won't suffer here in the United States from tariffs on Canada because the US only relies on less than one and a half percent of our entire gross domestic product being tied up in Canada and less than another 1.5% is tied up in Mexico, but 30% to 40% of Canada and Mexico's GDPs are tied to the US, so Canada will lose any trade war with America and will have to cave like Mexico did.

To avoid 10% higher tariffs on Chinese goods China needs to shut down the labs that are making Fentanyl in the first place, they are mostly in Wuhan, China (yes that Wuhan), and the labs addresses are well known by US Intelligence. If China does that then there is no need to impose 10% higher tariffs on Chinese goods. As soon as China brutally shuts down the Wuhan Fentanyl Labs, and Canada agrees to patrol their border with the US to keep the Fentanyl already in the supply chains from crossing their border like Mexico has agreed to do then the more than 100,000 Fentanyl poisoning deaths per year in the US can finally stop. Boo Canada.
