Democrats Are A Cult
As Thanksgiving approaches, millions of Americans may notice that their Democrat relatives have been acting strangely for the last few years, and many may avoid Thanksgiving entirely with their non-Democrat relatives, because Democrats have nothing to be thankful for, and they have been brainwashed by a cult called the Democrat Party. If Democrats do attend Thanksgiving with their non-Democrat relatives there is a high likelihood that they will call anyone that is not a Democrat a conservative, a Republican, or a racist, after claiming that systemic racism exists in the United States, and they will often cite reasons for this based on Russian propaganda (see the article Pawns For Putin). Let's examine some of the common claims of systemic racism used by Democrats.
Many people say that redlining was racist, that redlined districts were created around black people to segregate them from whites, and that redlining meant that black people could not receive mortgages, none of which are true. Redlining being identified as racist is a prime example of Critical Race Theory rewriting history to make the government of the United States look bad, and is used to prove that systemic racism existed in the past, often as a foundation to claim that systemic racism still exists in the United States today, and it is accepted as a fact by liberals and Democrats in the United States.
As a former loan officer and document specialist in the mortgage industry, it has always bothered me that people misrepresent redlining as racist. I can tell you that denial of a mortgage has always been done because of failure to meet the basic criteria of good credit, a decent job, and paying taxes, and that redlining was about credit-worthiness, not the color of people's skin.
When redlining was introduced black people made up well under 10% of the population of Detroit for example, yet 50% of white people also lived in the one giant redlined area in Detroit, so in 1940 if all 149,119 black people lived in the redlined area, 733,800 white people also lived in redlined area in Detroit, using rounding, that is five times as many white people lived in the redlined area as black people in 1940. The one large redlined area was a belt that ran from west to east across Detroit and included the central north area containing more than half the population of Detroit, it was not drawn in between black and white neighborhoods. Also important to note is that redlining did not mean that no loans would be written, just that they would be considered subprime mortgages in today's language, and would be charged the exact same higher interest rate, regardless of the color of their skin, exactly the same as today, nothing has changed.
In a court of law if a witness has been shown to have lied or to have presented false testimony for other reasons jurors are typically instructed to ignore all of their testimony, as they are no longer a, "credible witness." Since the first evidence proving systemic racism is typically redlining, and it is easy to prove that redlining was not racist, there is no reason to listen to any other arguments put forward after redlining falls apart because liberals and Democrats are not credible witnesses, as can be proven with redlining. Any other evidence that liberals and Democrats present should be taken with a grain of salt.
What about covenants that said that black people couldn't live in certain areas? A liberal may still ask.
Redlining and covenants are completely different things, and covenants were legal under Plessy versus Ferguson.
What about the federal prison population being made up of mostly blacks? A liberal may also ask.
According to FBI data from victims and witnesses of the most violent crimes including murder, the percent of all murders committed by black men matches almost exactly the percent of black men in prison for murder.
So you don't think systemic racism exists? A liberal may ask.
Plessy versus Ferguson was the law of the land from 1896 all the way up until the civil Rights Acts of 1964 and 1968 made it illegal to discriminate on the basis of anything for any purpose: jobs, employment, schools, housing, everything was federally made level by 1968, and the Loving case in 1967 made racial segregation in marriage illegal, so systemic racism ended in 1968 in the United States. Like Barack Obama told the Congressional Black Caucus as he was running for president, he told them that he thought that the United States was a, "mostly post-racial society," and I agree with that. The Congressional Black Caucus disagreed, and said that racism was still a major problem in the United States, yet Barack Obama went on to win and be elected twice. The Congressional Black Caucus got their way, once elected, President Obama's justice department headed by AG Eric Holder sued banks claiming that the mortgage industry was still racist.
If a liberal has listened this far, they will have only one choice, they will call you a racist, or a conservative, or a Republican, even if they are a family member, and even if they know you're a liberal, because they have been brainwashed by a cult called the Democrat Party, and cults often teach their members to shun people in their families that are not in the cult, which is why Democrats call all non-Democrats conservatives, Republicans, and racists, even family members, and it is why they only talk to other Democrats, and in general never reach out to any of their other relatives.
According to the Pew Research Center, as of 2021 60% of liberals or Democrats say that anyone that voted for Donald Trump is a conservative or Republican, and Pew also found that 80% of Democrats think that conservatives and Republicans are racists. Which is why anyone that votes Democrat is around 80% likely to call anyone that either supports Trump or that simply fails to agree that Trump is evil a conservative, a Republican, or a racist, even a family member.
This has been happening in tens of millions of households across the United States, as brainwashed Democrats alienate their non-Democrat relatives by calling them racists, and then cut off lines of communication, shunning them. Since Trump was elected, all of the Democrats that I know have been lost to Trump Derangement Syndrome, but Trump Derangement Syndrome is not just limited to Trump anymore, Trump supporters are just as bad as Trump in the eyes of most liberals and Democrats in the United States.
We are currently in the midst of extreme inflation caused directly by Joe Biden becoming president and the policies of the Democrat Party, including the continued push to take the Ukraine from Russia, which continues the Ukraine war, destabilizing fuel prices and causing grain shortages globally. And due to an open southern border, fentanyl overdose deaths increased from over 57,000 in 2020 to over 71,000 in 2021 in just the first year of President Biden's 4-year term.
All 81 million people that voted for President Biden are responsible for the extra fentanyl deaths, this inflation, the continued war in the Ukraine and the global food shortage that it is causing. Just 1/4 of the country has caused all of this mess because they were too politically naive to understand what their vote meant. But you can't even say that you wish that Trump was still president, because that too makes you a racist to most liberals and Democrats. The cries of racism have become so prevalent that in general no one other than Democrats are willing to speak up about politics, and the people that did the polling for the 2022 midterm election were fully aware that conservatives, Republicans, and any Independents that opposed the Democrats were not willing to speak up in public, or even tell them on the phone how they planned to vote in the 2022 election.
The brainwashing of liberals and Democrats starts in school, in 2021 nearly 60% of K-12 public school teachers said that white supremacy was a major problem in the United States, leading to subtle, unconscious, and even outright support of Critical Race Theory and revisionist history like saying that the United States feels, "complicated," about George Washington because he owned slaves. That was the answer to a question from my daughter's 4th grade U.S. history homework, and it was not supported by any of the information in the story, as if supporters of critical race theory just changed the questions and answers without bothering to even write a paragraph to reference with their question: "How does America feel about George Washington?" The multiple choice answers to the question were, "Sad, Bad, Complicated, and Angry," and there was absolutely nothing in the story to support any of the answers.
My daughter was confused, and I had to explain Critical Race Theory to her, and despite people saying that it is not in K-12 education, I told her that since the people that voted for Joe Biden apparently don't respect George Washington but the people that voted for Donald Trump do respect George Washington the answer should be, "Complicated." The biggest problem I had was that the other three answers were, "Sad, Bad and Angry," all negative. What is a child to think after reading a story about George Washington and their only choices regarding how "America" feels about him are, "Sad, Bad, Complicated, and Angry?" They probably think that most grownups feel one of those ways, and that they should feel one of those ways as well, while the truth is that only the Democrats feel that way. Based on the tone of the question one of her friends answered, "Bad," so the teacher struck it out and circled, "Complicated," taking a point off on his homework. It doesn't matter that George Washington freed all of his slaves in his will, while the following six presidents were slave owners and did not free their slaves. George Washington rose above the times and did something that was not expected or required of him, he is a hero, the founder of our country, and I think most Americans are just proud of him, but the 25% of the population that voted for President Biden probably think that George Washington was racist, since it is their favorite word these days.
If people continue their education into college the brainwashing continues, with about 90% of all college professors in all fields of study at the top 50 Liberal Arts universities and colleges in America being registered Democrats. Then the news media is dominated by the Democrats with around 95% of all reporters in all forms of media being registered Democrats. Then the actual media sources are mostly Democrat leaning, which Donald Trump called the, "mainstream media," which includes ABC, NBC, CBS, PBS, CNN, MSNBC, the New York times and The Washington Post, which are all media outlets for the talking points of the Democrat Party, and the same goes for almost all popular social media websites (with the notable exception of Twitter after it was purchased by Elon Musk). So politically naive people continue to be brainwashed into a reality in which they have an 80% chance of calling anyone that refuses to bash Trump a conservative, a Republican, and a racist. To put that in perspective, if 81 million people voted for President Biden in 2020, that is just under 65 million Americans, or 20% of the U.S. population that have been fully brainwashed by the Democrat cult.
I have a minor in religion, and the definition of a cult versus a religion usually comes down to whether or not they ask you to reject or shun your family members that are not in the group. Most religions do not ask you to reject your family members, but shunning is the hallmark of cults, making the Democrats more of a cult than a religion, or even a political party. The Democrats are a cult that brainwashes its followers into shunning their family members that are not a part of the Democrat cult, identified by their simple refusal to agree with Democrats when they denigrate President Trump.
