Stephen Miller Declares Absolute Human Rights In The Americas

On March 5th, 2026 in Doral Florida at the Southern Command Stephen Miller met with top political and military leaders of a dozen countries from Latin America at the "American Counter-Cartel Coalition," "the ACCC," or "the A triple C." As the chief architect of all things Trump, MAGA, and America First, he personally vetted all 3 Supreme Court justices appointed by Trump, invented the concept of using the primaries to replace RINO Republicans and vetted over 210 Republicans in the House, and all Executive Branch appointments for Trump's second term had training videos created by Stephen Miller teaching everybody about Plenary Authority, where due to the Filibuster, Congress has abdicated its role to legislate, leaving only the Executive and Judicial branches. This means the president "legislates" by Executive Order, and when challenged up to the Supreme Court, they rubber stamp almost everything Trump does because Stephen Miller selected 3 of them based on how he thought they would decide on Plenary Authority. This is the court that overturned Roe v Wade, Affirmative Action, and DEI, restoring meritocracy where people are only promoted because they merit it.

After declaring all cartels in the Americas to be "narco-terrorists," Miller through Trump expanded the war on drugs to the Cartels that move them and terrorize the innocent people in the countries they live in, creating a constant flow of illegal immigrants coming to the United States just to seek safety. Stephen Miller pointed out that for decades NGOs arrived and told people that they should be soft on drugs and he's sure that lawyers in their countries are also telling them to be soft on drugs. Then he said that they had his permission to not listen to the lawyers. Not Trump's permission, his permission. In other words, he is advising that they treat all of their governments the way that Miller treats the US government. Whatever power is concentrated in the presidency, use it and ignore the lawyers.

Ignoring the lawyers comes from a long-standing tradition that Miller learned in Congress, which bridged over from the cerial world called Reasonably Defensible Positions or Reasonably Defensible Arguments. You don't even have to have a precedent or any sort of history of anybody doing anything like it, for example, to give the Republican nominee the chance of a Supreme Court appointment in 2016 Miller (working as an aide for Senator Jeff Sessions) delayed the appointment of a Supreme Court Justice that by all rights belonged to President Barack Obama under a concept that he came up with that because it was an election year maybe the American people should get to decide who appoints the open Supreme Court justice seat, and just like that with that reasonably defensible argument the appointment was delayed for a year and when Trump won he and Miller got to appoint his first Supreme Court justice as soon as he assumed office. Before Trump came along, the only America First people in the entire government were Senator Jeff Sessions and his precocious staffer Stephen Miller. As soon as they realized who Trump was, Jeff Sessions loaned Stephen Miller to Donald Trump for the primaries and for the general election. Donald Trump is the America First candidate that Jeff Sessions and Stephen Miller were waiting for. Trump has always been America First, has incredible charisma, and is the Art Of The Deal guy, so makes a perfect figurehead for the America First movement. But the architect and chief strategist of the America First Movement has been and always will be Stephen Miller.

In addition to telling the leaders of the 12 Latin American countries to ignore their lawyers and that they had his permission to do it, Stephen Miller also established Absolute Human Rights for all peoples living in the Americas. He said: 

"The human rights that we are going to protect are not of the savages that torture, rape and murder. The human rights that we are going to protect are of the peaceable citizens who have absolute human right to live in physical safety and security every day of their lives. And in that mission I promise you we will be your closest partner."

By giving HIS permission to ignore lawyers in foreign countries Miller has stepped out of the shadows. By making the Universal Declaration of Human Rights in the Americas, he is expanding his safety and security plans for the United States to all of the countries in North, Central, and South America, giving America First a whole new meaning. He specifically identified that illegal immigration was a brain drain for the countries, that it was a never-ending cycle where the cartels got richer while their countries lost all of the citizens that immigrated to America illegally. Many countries were not invited to the ACCC, mostly because they are leftist governments, or are fully under the influence of the cartels. President Bukele of El Salvador is the poster child for eliminating cartels since he transformed El Salvador from the most dangerous to the safest country in the Americas by declaring all gangs terrorists and building a huge prison to lock them up called CECOT. To secure his country he had to lock up the worst 1% and there is nothing else that can be done. El Salvador's model will now be expanded to 11 other countries in the Americas.

Two days later at the founding of the Shield of the Americas, a parallel organization for rebuilding after the militaries remove the cartels, Trump told the assembled leaders that he understood that some of them were afraid and that all they had to do was ask for help, and that we had the best intelligence on the planet. Or if they just wanted they can give us the address and we'll put a bomb right into somebody's living room and eliminate that narco-terrorist, referencing the precision bombing of the Muslim terrorists in Iran. Two days previous Miller had specifically compared the Muslim terrorists to the narco-terrorists when he made the Universal Declaration of Human Rights in the Americas.
