The Tears of The Peacock Angel And Sea Level Rise

​The Yazidis are an ancient ethnic and religious group that lives on Mount Ararat and in the countries that surround it, famous for worshipping a monotheistic God and the head of seven angels that serve him called Malak Taus or the Peacock Angel.

​The Yazidis say that Christians and Muslims have tried to wipe them off the face of the Earth 73 times over the last more than 1,400 years because the story in the Bible about an archangel that goes to war with God and gets cast into hell is true, but that the Christian and Muslim texts don't include the end of the story where he was forgiven by God who then put him in charge of the Earth as its ruler.

​Because the angel that rebelled against God is called Satan or Lucifer in the Bible, Christians and Muslims have spent more than 1,400 years murdering Yazidis every chance they get, though in recent years only Muslims murder Yazidis and many live in Europe where they now call Christians their brothers. Regardless of if the Christians have stopped murdering the Yazidis, Christians and Muslims are the only religious groups on the planet that say that Satan is the Devil and that he lives in hell, which means objectively that none of them can go to heaven if God really did forgive him and put him in charge of the Earth. The Yazidis refuse to use the word Satan because the people that kill them all the time use it, so they refer to him as Malak Taus and the Peacock Angel.

​The Yazidi Timeline and the Meltwater Pulses

  • ​The 6776-Year Calendar: The oldest known calendar on Earth is the Yazidi calendar, which tracks the era directly following what they say was the landing of Noah's Ark, placing the current year at exactly 7667.
  • ​The 7,000-Year Weeping Period: Prior to what they say was the landing of the Ark, they say that Malak Taus had gone to war with God just like the story in the Bible and was cast into hell as one of the fallen angels. But then he wept for 7,000 years, filled seven vessels with his tears, put out the fires of hell, and was forgiven by God who then put him in charge of the Earth as its Ruler and made him the only path to Heaven and God.

​Combined, this creates a 13,776-year total timeline of their history, which astonishingly lines up with a series of three meltwater pulses in global sea level rise over the 7,000 years that Malak Taus is said to have wept. Starting around 27,000 years ago in the last glacial period over the span of about 20,000 years the oceans on the planet rose a total of 120 meters, stopping around 6,700 years ago. During the 20,000 years the oceans did not maintain a steady pace as the glaciers melted, the last 7,000 years of sea level rise included three meltwater pulses that totaled 40 meters of rise alone in only 3,000 years:

  • ​Meltwater Pulse 1A (14,500 to 13,500 years ago): Sudden ice sheet collapses caused global sea levels to surge by 20 meters.
  • ​Meltwater Pulse 1B (11,500 to 11,000 years ago): This event brought another massive injection of water, causing an additional rapid 13-meter surge, matching the end of the Younger Dryas climate chaos and the abrupt extinction of more than 35 species of Ice Age megafauna.
  • ​Meltwater Pulse 1C (~9,500 to 8,000 years ago): The final major burst of melting, adding another rapid 7-meter surge to the global oceans.

​ Outside of these three meltwater pulses the background sea level rise was gradual enough that populations could still maintain coastal houses and permanent fishing villages. But during these three meltwater pulses everyone was forced to flee the shifting coastlines and become boat peoples. Humanity was not forced into boats for the entire 7,000 years that the Peacock Angel wept, just during the 3,000 combined years of the meltwater pulses.

​The combined Yazidi timeline places the beginning of the 7,000-year weeping period at 13,776 years ago, which aligns with the last 250 years of meltwater pulse 1A's 20-meter surge. As the coastline kept pushing inland during these pulses everyone in the world that lived on an ocean was forced to tear down their houses and build boats like Noah, and the world was full of boat peoples during the meltwater pulses as Malak Taus was weeping and quenching the fires of hell.

​Climate scientists agree that global sea levels did actually stop rising around 6,700 years ago based on fossilized coral reefs, and has actually fallen around 10 meters since the Yazidi documented the high water mark and started their calendar.

​Summary of the Physical Evidence

  1. ​The Core Event: The Yazidis do not say their timeline accounted for physical sea level rise; they explicitly state it was the Peacock Angel weeping in sorrow and that after weeping for 7,000 years he quenched the fires of hell and God forgave him. Yet, the 7,000 years aligns perfectly with Meltwater Pulses 1A, 1B and 1C during which the oceans rose significantly faster than before.
  2. ​The Era of the Boat Peoples: the 7,000 years of weeping covers three times that required everyone that lived on the oceans to become boat people. Meltwater Pulse 1B was the most intense of them all, surging 13 meters in just 500 years which averaged 2.6 centimeters of vertical rise per year, in freedom units that is a solid inch per year for 500 straight years.
  3. ​The Yazidis Calendar: the Yazidis say they have been keeping their calendar  for 6,776 straight years, and are also somewhat famous for dying eggs and carrying them in baskets right around when Christians celebrate Easter and dye eggs and carry them in baskets. The Yazidis say they have been doing this for 6776 straight years and that no one tried to kill them for 5,000 years, it was only after the Christians and Muslims arrived on Earth and left out the end of the story of Satan that the 73 genocide attempts began. 

Conclusion

​It is an astonishing achievement for an oral tradition to have accurately preserved meltwater pulses 1A, 1B, and 1C, starting over 13,000 years ago as the Peacock Angel weeping for 7,000 years, and to have nailed the end of global sea level rise and started their calendar when humanity could finally abandon their boats and safely resettle the ocean coastlines. The multi-millennium, 120-meter rise in global oceans over a 20,000-year period truly did come to an end around 6,700 years ago, matching almost exactly when the Yazidi calendar begins and the era of the boat peoples concluded, when the Yazidi say that Noah landed on Mount Ararat and they started dying eggs.
